Girl student of Panama's School
Panama neighborhood has one of the most high concetration of displaced population in Tumaco. Displaced children arrive without the oportunity of access education and face the risk of being recruited by criminal groups in the area or of suffering sexual violence, specially girls.
NRC has worked with the community for bringing back the education to the life of displaced children. The whole community, including parents and volunteer teachers work with NRC in the promotion of protective spaces for education and in activities during the spare time - when the risk increases -.
