Severe Flooding In the Central African Republic

Torrential rains in the Central African Republic caused the country's main river, the river Ubangi, to overflow it's banks. As a result entire neighborhoods became flooded, with some houses completely submerged in water. As of November 11 2019, the United Nations estimates that 57,000 people have been affected and that 10,000 houses have been destroyed in several areas of the country including the country's capital Bangui.
